Vermont Department of Labor has partnered with the Addison County Parent/Child Center and the Patricia Hannaford Career Center to support early childcare teachers in the area of social emotional development in children, especially children who have high ACE's scores. Participants will learn about attunement, reflective practice, assessing classrooms as healthy social/emotional environments, teacher attributes, self-regulation and co-regulation as well as appreciative inquiry.
