The More We come Together: Intentional Circle Time and Morning Meeting February 21, 2022
The primary focus of circle time/morning meeting is to create a space where children feel like a member of the classroom community. Intentional whole group times value a child-centered approach to learning. During this workshop participants will explore an intentional approach to guiding group meeting times. During this workshop participants will: - Reflect upon their current teaching practices. - Explore the topic of intentional teaching. - Develop an intentional approach to facilitating group meeting times in their individual classroom settings.
