This training uses a 2+2+2 training design. There are three parts to this training: 1. A two-hour in-person training session; 2. A two-hour assignment practicing or implementing the training material; and 3. Another two-hour in-person training session focused on reflection and next steps related to the training material. To receive the full 6 training hours you must attend both in-person sessions and complete the independent assignment. Location: CCV Winooski, 1 Abenaki Way. As per CCV policy, we ask that you not bring children to this training. The Winooski City Parking Garage is located one block west from the CCV building and costs $1 per hour. Metered parking on the street is another option (cash or credit, using the kiosk). Please do not park in the CCV Visitor lot or in lots designated for neighboring businesses. In order to receive accommodations for disabilities, training participants must communicate with the Northern Lights at CCV Americans with Disabilities Coordinator (http://ccv.edu/discover-resources/students-with-disabilities/) at least two weeks before training begins.
