Winter Nature Based Sing-a-long for ECEs with April Zajko, M.Ed. Deb Norris

Special Topics:
Sponsor: April's Teaching Tree
Instructor: April Zajko, M.Ed.

Ring in the new year with song! Join us for our “Winter Nature Based Sing-a-long” that will give you LOTS of inspiration for songs to share with your children this winter! Singing isn't just about music; it's a powerful tool for transitions, fostering classroom bonds, and teaching about the wonders of the natural world. Dive into an interactive experience where we'll share our favorite songs and brainstorm creative ways to weave melodies into your daily routine. Participants are asked to bring a treasured song to contribute to our “Winter Nature Based Sing-a-long Book”. You can contribute the song lyrics ahead of time by adding them to this shared Google Document → “Winter Sing-a-long Booklet” or by bringing it with you the night of our sing-a-long. During our Zoom gathering, we'll sing together, explore diverse renditions of familiar tunes, record the session to preserve the melody, and add all the songs to a printable document.
