Participants will a) learn that the governing bodies (Policy Council and NEKCA Board of Directors) have a legal and fiscal responsibility to administer and oversee the agency's Head Start and Early Head Start programs and b) be given an overview of the governing bodies to ensure staff and families understand the expectation of each.
