Culminating Seminar: Program Director Credential Step 3 February 4, 2021
This culminating experience of the Program Director Credential combines a multi-session training series and community of practice designed specifically for early childhood and afterschool program directors pursuing Step 3 of the Credential. Training sessions are led by experts in the field and the facilitated community of practice enables participants to engage deeply with the material and with their peers.

The Culminating Seminar consists of a training series (18.5 training hours) and a community of practice (20 training hours). Prerequisite: Northern Lights approved Step 1 and Step 2 Vermont Program Director Credential certificates.
