Zumba Fitness – Join the Party! October 31, 2018
Maribeth will go over some basic, background knowledge about Zumba Fitness and some of the benefits of dancing. Most of the time will be spent dancing! She will take you through a full Zumba Fitness class and coach you through the rhythms of merengue, salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, soca and more! All levels, abilities and ages welcome! Whether you are a regular Zumba participant, or you’ve managed to avoid going so far (but secretly are interested in seeing what all the fuss is about), you should come join! Participants will be able to: 1) describe what Zumba Fitness is; 2) develop strategies for self-care; 3) design zumba fitness program for the children in their care.

The Making Connections Conference will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018, in the Education Conference Room at the Brattleboro Retreat, 1 Anna Marsh Lane, Brattleboro, VT 05301. A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided. Each participant will receive a children's book.
