Finding Calm in the Chaos: A 6 week community of practice September 2, 2025
Together we will explore the benefits of developing personal tools for self-regulation and how the adult’s ability to stay calm impacts social-emotional learning. Our focus will be to cultivate a community of learners, share stories to decrease feelings of isolation in our experiences, learn from each other, and practice the beneficial impact nervous system regulation has on our ability to communicate and connect.
