Big Kids, Bigger Feelings: Raising Connected, Confident Kids in a Complex World October 9, 2025
As children grow, their feelings get bigger, and so do the challenges parents face in guiding them. From defiance to meltdowns to growing anxieties, navigating the elementary years can feel overwhelming. But what if these moments aren’t problems to fix, but opportunities to build resilience, confidence, and connection?
Join Alyssa Blask Campbell, M.Ed., globally recognized emotional development expert and author of Big Kids, Bigger Feelings, for a practical and compassionate conversation on how to support children ages 5–12 through their biggest emotions. Alyssa will share science-backed insights on why kids’ behavior is communication, how to set firm boundaries without shame, and simple regulation strategies parents can use in everyday moments.
