Mindfulness and kindness have become buzzwords in the mainstream media. Sherri Bird will reflect on two decades of practice in early education shaped by mindfulness before it was mainstream. Learners will review writings and reflect on mindfulness practices choosing four to incorporate into their daily teaching. Learners are will share their goal with a partner for accountability and set a date to review.
