1. Participants will review the components of the CPI Crisis Development Model and how it applies with parents and children. 2. Participants will practice and apply verbal intervention techniques, personal safety techniques. 3. Participants will engage in problem-solving and analyze role playing scenarios. 4. Participants will analyze the decision-making matrix.
