What to Expect When You’re…A Summer Camp Counselor! June 18, 2019
This training is designed to set EJRP Camp Staff up for success as they navigate the world of summer camp. We will clearly lay out expectations for staff behavior, attire, language, and more. Participants will be able to state licensing expectations for interactions with children, as well as fully develop an understanding of EJRP expectations for camp staff. This highly interactive session will offer opportunities to demonstrate and discuss what those expectations will look like at different locations and throughout specific portions of the camp day. Participants will also have the opportunity to both observe and practice setting expectations of their own for small groups.
