Lunch Table Talk: Practicing Our CACFP Skills September 12, 2019

Instructor: Jennifer Cyr and Muffy Kashkin Grollier
Join us as we share a meal and practice our healthy eating habits and discussions. We will go over some strategies for talking with children about how food affects their bodies, and what foods help with the various systems of the body. We will also review best practices at the table according to CACFP and state regulations.
