Never Too Early: Social Emotional Learning Deb Norris

The Never Too Early training is an early literacy training program for childcare providers of children from birth to age six. Through these caregivers, NTE reaches Vermont’s youngest and most needy children, introducing them to books and reading, and preparing them to be ready for school and eager to learn. The NTE: Social-Emotional Learning training provides effective strategies to promote social and emotional learning in children. Providers taking the training earn six hours of professional development credit and are provided a free set of children's books. A Vermont Humanities program.
