Participants are expected to attend all sessions of a multi-session training. This enables Northern Lights at CCV to maintain the fidelity of the training design and to safeguard the training experience for the other participants.
If you miss one or more sessions of a multi-session training, you will still receive training credit for the hours completed. These hours will be entered into BFIS as partial completion of the training. For example, completing the first half of the six-hour Basic Specialized Care training would be entered into BFIS showing that 3 of 6 hours were completed.
If you miss one or more sessions of a multi-session training and wish to fully complete the training, you will need to retake the training in its entirety. Northern Lights at CCV is not able to offer makeup sessions for single sessions of a multi-session training.
