This culminating experience of the Program Director Credential combines a multi-session training series and community of practice designed specifically for early childhood and afterschool program directors pursuing Step 3 of the Credential. Training sessions are led by experts in the field and the facilitated community of practice enables participants to engage deeply with the material and with their peers.
