If you are a Sponsor and would like to submit attendance for a past training, please follow the instructions on our Sponsor resource page. If you attended a training and would like to submit your professional development documents to be added to your BFIS account, please send these documents via Direct Send.

• If your training or CoP is closed to the public, please do not use this online form. Submit the Sponsor Submission Worksheet and Attendance after your training or CoP happens. Contact your Resource Advisor if you need these forms.
