What is the most respectful language we can use when in dialogue with young children and our teams? Stumped with even how to navigate these waters in an interview? Let’s share some dialogue on where we are now and where we want to go in our expansion of these topics. Be prepared to share, ask questions, listen and open your mind. This is a safe space for Early Educators to open up about what we don’t know and how we can begin to facilitate this journey for our tiny humans and ourselves.
