Basic Specialized Care February 3, 2021
Basic Specialized Care is a six-hour introductory training for early childhood professionals who serve vulnerable children and their families in child care settings. This training is one of the requirements to become a Specialized Child Care Provider in Vermont. Topics covered include: child development, the impact of stress and abuse on development, red flags, working with families and the system, and mandated reporting responsibilities. This is an Online Real-Time Training using Zoom and is offered in three 2-hour sessions.

This is an Online Real Time training and will be delivered via Zoom. Participants must have an Internet connection and computer, laptop, mobile device or tablet with camera, audio, and mic. The Zoom link will come from the Trainer.
