Join this six-week Community of Practice as we read and discuss the book More Than We Imagined. Through meaningful conversations and guided reflection, you'll discover practical ideas to build on your strengths, develop a growth mindset, strengthen your leadership, and support positive outcomes for children, families, and your team. Leave each session with new ideas, fresh perspectives, and strategies you can use right away.
****Each session is 2.0 hours by Zoom but you will receive 3 hours of professional development for each session attended to recognize preparation and reflection.****
