Building Peaceful and Wonder-FUL Communities Through Nature-Based Play and Learning September 14, 2022
Building Safe Communities with the Be Safe, Be Kind, Be Gentle Principles: In this 3 hour in-person session, we'll discuss using three simple guidelines with children (be safe, be kind, be gentle) to help foster peaceful communities where children take responsibility for their behavior. We'll use outdoor challenges (games and activities) from the book to model the peacemaking skills of empathy, conflict resolution, trust and reflection.
