CACFP and Civil Rights October 2, 2020
Participants will learn about a) CAFCP: meal patterns, point of service meal counting procedures, record keeping requirements, monitoring requirements, reimbursement system, claim submission and review procedures and b) Civil Rights: USDA FNS Federally-Protected Bases, VAOE-Protected Bases, public notification, data collection and use, requirements of language assistance, modification to accommodate persons with disabilities, complaint procedures, civil rights reviews, resolution of non-compliance, customer service and conflict resolution.
