During this training the participants will review Elements of Collective Leadership as outlined in "Five Elements of Collective Leadership for Early Childhood Professionals" by Brinkerhoff and O'Neill, Redleaf Press, NAEYC. Through games and activities we will identify practices that support staff as developing Teacher-Leaders, and set intentions for the coming academic year.
