Community of Practice Facilitation Training February 26, 2025
This six-week training series equips facilitators with the skills and knowledge to effectively facilitate Communities of Practice (CoPs). Through a blend of reflective exercises and practical applications, participants will explore their own motivations and strengths, allowing them to develop a clear vision for a successful CoP. Participants will explore key concepts in adult learning and how they influence their role as facilitators. They will also gain insight into the next steps for building and sustaining their own CoPs, while identifying key resources and research that support the development of collaborative learning communities. By the end of this training, participants will be well-prepared to foster meaningful, engaging, and effective communities of practice.
