Conscience Discipline 3 Part Workshop for Early Childhood Educators Part 2 and 3 May 13, 2022
Homework assigned from Part 1 Review handouts and notes from Part 1 training, using the tools and resources to practice new mindsets during conflicts, create and/or update a safe/peaceful place in participants' programs and practice implementing the 7 powers of self-control and related discipline skills. Implementation tools will be provided for participants to document their action plans. Part 2) Participants meet without the instructor and review the Conscience Discipline program content, they will share successes and challenges they experienced while implementing the Conscience Discipline skills and strategies. Activities/guidance will be provided by Chrissy for participants to carry the learned concepts deeper. Part 3) Participants and instructor come back for the final part of this training. Reflection time will be provided, with support from the instructor related to the participants' experiences utilizing the information from the training, the homework experience, and the handouts. We will take learned skills and strategies deeper within this same Conscience Discipline framework, and compare the pre and post assessment reflections on the participants attitudes about conflict. Next steps and ways to continue program implementation will be shared.
