Constructing Emergent Curriculum September 3, 2019
Teachers will have the opportunity to learn about constructing emergent curriculum based in regular observation and documentation of children's deep curiosity and interests, based in set-ups or provocations within their learning environment, or based in a teacher's knowledge and understanding of the developmental needs of their children (individually and as a group). Teachers will be introduced to curriculum planning forms for weekly schedules and specific activities for their classrooms that are aligned with the Vermont Early Learning Standards.
