CoP: The Practice of Self-Care for Early Childhood Professionals Brendan Rooney September 23, 2025

Happy teachers have happy students, and happy students have happy families. We can't be in the classroom in our full capacity to teach and care for our kids if we are not in our full capacity ourselves. In this six-session CoP, participants will explore ways to incorporate self-care into their daily lives. Some topics we will discuss include nature journals, relaxation techniques, creative outlets and so much more!
