Creating an Adoption Sensitive School (ASC) October 24, 2019
Participants will a) learn about the unique challenges when working with children who have joined families through adoption or guardianship, b) understand that the traumatic events that many of these children experience create changes in their ability to access learning and feel safe and c) through this eye-opening training, be provided opportunities to develop strategies to use within your classrooms.
