Participants will a) define and understand workplace harassment (covering all forms of illegal harassment, not just sexual), b) review your workplace harassment policy, c) learn how employees can prevent workplace harassment, d) learn bystander intervention strategies, e) learn how to support coworkers who have experienced harassment, f) learn how to be an ally, and g) learn respect and civility in your workplace.
