Developing Healthy Network Governance and Leadership May 3, 2021
During this interactive, Online/Real-Time training, participants will consider different models of leadership and apply what is learned to their developing and evolving network. In addition, group decision making, group process, ethics and team building will be explored. Participants will consider the benefits of adopting and implementing a clear leadership structure, and ways to develop abilities and skills.
