This can only happen when attendees are open to sharing their experiences, reflections, and ideas. Many organizations provide professional development for early childhood educators. Suppose you are seeking professional development only to obtain a certificate for credit hours. In that case, this workshop may not be the right fit. Workshop attendees are asked to be active participants throughout the entire session. This involves having your camera on for at least part of the session, taking an active role in small group conversations, and being fully present during the entire session.
