In this training, participants will learn from a Doctor of Physical Therapy about posture, body mechanics, and some of the body systems that are involved for both adults and children. Participants will also learn about some common injuries that may occur, along with some exercises and tips that can be used to help avoid injury while supporting young children in daily activities.
