Food Service Training: Baking With King Arthur Flour: Basic Yeast Bread October 20, 2020
Participants will a) overcome anxiety on basic yeast bread by plunging their hands into the dough and learning to mix and knead bread, b) learn how each ingredient impacts the final loaf and c) learn how to shape successfully an easy-to-make loaf of bread. This training will also teach participants how to help children make healthy food choices and will offer the knowledge and opportunity to create a healthy snack with children by making bread as a nutrition activity.
