Foundational Values and Meeting Needs in the Early Learning Environment February 4, 2019
The values of an organization shape our interactions with students, parents, and colleagues. How does our organization address the hierarchy of needs that students, parents, and colleagues bring to our school each day through our culture and values? We will hear from a guest and review two written reflections on values in early ed settings to assess how individual educators understand the relationship between values and interactions.
