Participants will: a) discuss ways to incorporate both indoor and outdoor gardening concepts into preschool classrooms, b) investigate a variety of ways to create engaging learning explorations to teach characteristics of living organisms and local ecosystems and c) brainstorm engaging activities to teach about plants and food education as part of their daily routines.
