Getting a Grip on Grains October 15, 2019
We will review the requirements when it comes to serving and identifying Whole Grain-Rich items in CACFP. We will look at the step-by-step guide to identifying whole grain-rich foods using the Rule of Three. We will also do a refresher on other meal pattern requirements.
