Having Difficult Conversations with Families: Helpful Strategies April 12, 2021
As child care providers and early educators, we are often faced with having to talk to families about subjects that can feel emotional or heated or just plain awkward. In this training, participants will identify topics that can be challenging. Participants will also explore possible tools that can support clear and concise communication in a positive way. Participants will also have the opportunity to role play difficult conversations. **This course is being offered both in person and online in real time. Please contact Jaimie Stewart (jstewart@csac-vt.org) to register with your preference of attendance.**
