Helping Kids to Eat Healthy September 5, 2019
In this training we will learn about incorporating healthy whole grain foods into kid's diets as well as "live foods", such as raw fruits, vegetables and nuts. These foods are unprocessed, full of nutrients and help with digestion, absorption and elimination. We will be cooking and sampling recipes containing these foods.
