Leadership Learning Series December 3, 2025
5-month HYBRID leadership learning series to help center directors and leader develop supervisory skills. Each workshop will introduce a new topic and provide the cohort with access to practical tips/tools, an opportunity to practice and collaborate with peers and action items to reinforce learning between sessions. This series is meant to cultivate a learning peer group to support supervisory professional development. This training has in-person and online sessions. Session info below, in person dates will be held at Central Vermont Chamber of Commerce in Berlin (963 Paine Turnpike N. Berlin VT 05641).

January 22 (In-Person), 1:00-3:30 -Kick-off meeting "what makes a great supervisor leading a cohesive team"
February 10, (Virtual), 1:00-2:30 -Prioritizing and focusing on what matters most; setting clear goals and expectations
March 26, (In-person), 1:00-3:30 -Having hard conversations
April 16, (Virtual), 1:00-2:30 -Recognizing and appreciation staff
May 21 (In-person), 1:00-3:30 -Tying it all together, finding your leadership voice and sustaining the learning
