Leadership Track: Why Should Anyone Follow Me? January 28, 2019
Afterschool leaders will take a deep dive into how they lead. Participants will have a deeper understanding of their influence on the culture of their programs. During this workshop participants will explore tools on how to address and manage change they’d like to see in their program, develop strategies to empower staff within their programs, and understand how their own mindset impacts their program. Goals: 1. Gain a deeper understanding of themselves and be able to empower staff to take on leadership roles. 2. Participants will be able to productively address shifts or changes they would like direct service staff to make.
