Kerin Stackpole of Paul FRANK + COLLINS P.C., with the assistance of Kris Brines and/or Dan Long, will present “Managing the Humans” – This training is specifically for supervisory employees and covers: differences between at will and just cause employment standards; the nuts and bolts of giving clear direction to employees; holding employees accountable; and proper ways to manage performance, from courageous conversations to progressive discipline or termination.
