Mental Health First Aid February 5, 2025
Mental Health First Aid is a course that teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. The training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a crisis.

Prior to the training, attendees will set up an online account and complete a 2-hour training. Then on 3/10/25 we will have an additional 6 hours of training. Training will start at 8:30 and go through 3:30. There will be a 1-hour lunch break mid-day. If you would like to join this training, please follow the link below to sign up.
