Have you noticed how when you exercise you feel more alert and ready to learn? In this active class Jazzercise Instructor Taylor Fontaine will lead you through a low impact workout that you can adapt to your toddler through pre-K classroom needs. Heather Benton will expand on Taylor's movements by sharing activities that you can readily do inside to enhance gross motor skills. Parachute, yoga, and music...get ready to smile!
