Review and practice management techniques, while providing the best possible Care, Welfare, Safety, and Security of individuals presenting a range of crisis behaviors. Build the knowledge and skills to recognize and manage behaviors, as well as to establish a common philosophy and culture of safety. Practice responding with supportive and directive approaches, as well as safety interventions and developing therapeutic rapport. (8 Modules covered)
