Join Ellen in exploring some of the internal barriers that distract us from showing up sufficiently to support children and families. Participants will look within themselves to examine what stressors are currently feeding into their feelings of burnout. We will also explore communication styles, personality traits, and temperaments to gain a better understanding of how a deeper self-awareness can lead to a more peaceful learning environment.
