PBIS-Principles and Implementation at Camp Deb Norris June 17, 2021

This workshop is designed to provide participants with insight, tools, and knowledge to increase their comfort level with having positive interactions with children. This workshop will address and provide tools for one-on-one interactions, small and large group management, positive discipline and behavior management, and public interaction with children and their families. Through collaborative discussion and interactive small and large group activities, participants will increase their basic, working knowledge of child development and communication and understand their importance as role models within their community. They will learn the principles of establishing successful PBIS systems, and work with their colleagues to develop and implement a system within their respective summer camps.
