Participants will read the short article Children's Art: Process versus Product prior to the training to spark thoughtful conversation and reflection. Through hands-on experiences, lively discussion, and opportunities to explore open-ended art materials, participants will discover ways to nurture children's creativity, curiosity, and self-expression. Participants will leave feeling inspired and equipped to bring meaningful, child-led art experiences into their early childhood programs. Each participant will take home art materials, practical activity plans, and a fresh perspective on the value of the artistic process over the finished product.
