This training introduces the Vermont Program Director Competencies as a practical guide to streamline your approach and ensure alignment with best practices. Participants will explore how to use these competencies as a reflective tool to stay organized, track progress, prioritize effectively and maintain a clear overview of their multifaceted roles. Whether managing operations, mentoring staff, or fostering family partnerships, you’ll gain strategies to integrate these standards into daily tasks, ensuring every effort contributes to program excellence. The Curriculum and Environments session address the skill needed by program directors to implement and sustain a culturally sensitive, inclusive learning environment based on principles of child development and professional standards.
