Program Director Step 3: Culminating Seminar Community of Practice Ammie Collins August 10, 2026

This culminating experience of the Program Director Credential is a community of practice designed specifically for early childhood and afterschool program directors pursuing Step 3 of the Credential. The facilitated community of practice enables participants to engage deeply with the material and with their peers as they create their Step 3 Portfolio. The portfolio allows participants to demonstrate application of the 66 Program Director Competencies.
