The culminating experience of the Program Director Credential begins with a 2 hour training to prepare qualified participants for the multi-session community of practice. The community of practice is designed specifically for early childhood and afterschool program directors pursuing Step 3 of the Credential. The facilitated community of practice enables participants to engage deeply with the material and with their peers as they create their online Program Director Portfolio.

The Culminating Seminar consists of an introductory training on June 15, 2023, followed by a community of practice on Thursday evenings beginning in September, 2023, live via Zoom. Module 1: 9/28-10/19/23. Module 2: 10/26-11/16/2023. Module 3: 11/30-12/21/2023. Module 4: 1/11/2024-2/1/2024. Module 5: 2/8/2024-2/29/2024. Module 6: 3/7/2024-3/28/2024. Module 7: 4/4/2024-4/25/2024 Prerequisite: Northern Lights approved Step 1 and Step 2 Vermont Program Director Credential certificates.
